The front panel holds the Velocity emblem in green crocodile-texture material. The applique is cut by pattern die, heat-bonded, and stitched on the perimeter. Crown uses a suede outer with structured front. Visor uses a reinforced core. Closure is snapback. Interior band uses moisture control fabric.

Alignment follows a 45° reference grid from the Kyoto development cycle. Each run carries a batch code on the inner label. Packaging includes archival box and authenticity card.
